Time registration in Belgium: prepare your team
A general requirement has been announced for 2027. The final legislation, scope and start date are still being developed. Some sectors and working arrangements already have registration duties. A QR scan in this app does not currently submit an RSZ/ONSS declaration.
Check In and Out at Work has applied to certain cleaning activities since 1 September 2024. RSZ/ONSS announces a switch to IN/OUT registration on 1 April 2027 for immovable property work and ready-mixed concrete at worksites from €500,000 excluding VAT.

From recorded hours to payroll administration
Excel / CSV and timesheets
Export hours by company and period. Send weekly or monthly timesheets to employees and clients and keep sent reports in the archive.
PratoFlex import file
Create a configurable import file with client and worker numbers. Agree the format with Prato; its import module and setup are supplied by Prato.
SD Worx and other social secretariats
First agree import formats and payroll codes, then investigate a connection. SD Worx, Securex, Acerta, Liantis and Partena Professional are potential target platforms; no direct connection or partnership is established yet.
RSZ / ONSS and tax administration
A direct Check In and Out at Work connection needs authorised access and tested submissions. Dimona, DmfA and Finprof serve different purposes. Our exports help prepare the data; official declarations currently go through your existing administration.

A plan counts the employees who can scan at the same moment. Employees you block don't count.
Questions
What do my employees need?
A phone with a camera (Android or iPhone) and the app. They enter their activation code once; after that the app opens straight on the camera.
What if someone forgets to scan out?
The shift shows up under "missing check-out". You fill in the time, and every correction is logged.
Can someone scan from home?
An online scan compares a temporary location fix with the site zone. Only the result is saved. GPS is an indication, not proof; offline scans have no verified location. You can refuse online scans without a reliable location.
Which payroll software does it work with?
Every period can be exported to Excel (CSV). For PratoFlex there is a ready-made import file that you match to your template once.
How do I pay, and can I stop?
Per month, by Bancontact, iDEAL or card through Mollie. You can stop at any time: you keep access until the end of the paid month, and you can still look at and export your hours after that.
What is in the trial?
Free trial: 14 days, 2 clients, 1 site and 1 admin. Exports and sending time reports are not included. No card needed.
